Welcome to The Bloom and Brew Bookstore! These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions that apply when you use our website and purchase our products.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Handmade & Curated Products
Each subscription box is hand-packed and includes fresh flowers, ethically sourced coffee, and a carefully selected book. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade and seasonal nature of our items.
We reserve the right to make minor substitutions based on availability — always keeping the quality and experience in mind.
2. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is required at checkout through our secure Shopify platform.
If you subscribe, you will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage your subscription through your account at any time.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebloomandbrewbookstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it fairly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the UK. Subscription boxes are dispatched monthly. One-off box orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Use of This Website
All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of The Bloom and Brew Bookstore and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your data with third parties except as necessary to process your order.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here, with the “Last updated” date.
