At The Bloom and Brew Bookstore, each box is carefully hand-packed and curated with love β€” including freshly arranged flowers, ethically sourced coffee, and your chosen book. Because of the handmade and perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue β€” whether that’s a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
