📦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

🕰️ Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Subscription Boxes
    Subscription orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your box is on the way.

  • One-Off Boxes
    One-off gift boxes are also shipped within 3–5 business days from the time of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

As everything is handmade and includes fresh flowers, please allow a little extra time during busy periods.

🚚 Delivery Costs

  • Subscription boxes include free UK shipping.

  • One-off boxes have a flat delivery fee added at checkout, based on Yodel or Evri small parcel rates (calculated by weight and size).

📮 Delivery Providers

We use trusted UK couriers such as Yodel or Evri, depending on the destination and size of the parcel.

Once your box has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information if available.

🏠 Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us at thebloomandbrewbookstore@gmail.com and we’ll help you follow up with the courier.

🌸 Handmade & Seasonal Notes

Each box includes handmade elements and fresh flowers. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
