🌿 Subscription Box Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Before your order is processed:
If you cancel before your box has been packed and shipped (usually within 3–5 business days of ordering), you will not be charged again, and your current box will be cancelled. -
After your box has shipped:
If you cancel after the box has been packed or dispatched, your cancellation will apply to the next month, and the current box will still be delivered. -
How to cancel:
Simply click on the email that you got when you placed your first order, labelled "Your subscription was accepted" and click the link to skip for that month or cancel at any time. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your cancellation is successful.
📦 One-Off Purchase Cancellations
If you’ve placed a one-off order and wish to cancel:

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

If the order has already been packed or shipped, unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order due to the handmade and fresh nature of our products.
🌸 Because Each Box is Handmade…
As each box is made to order with fresh flowers and hand-assembled items, we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds once your order has entered the packing process. Thank you for understanding and supporting small batch craftsmanship.
